Refund & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If an item needs to be returned and is received in the same condition in which it was sent, then a store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card. Store credit cannot be offered for sale items at this time, as all sale item purchases are final.

Returns for store credit must meet the requirements as follows:

1) The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

2) The item must be sent back within ten (10) days of receiving it to:

4922 Bill Gardner Pkwy, #204 Locust Grove, Ga 30248

3) The customer is responsible for the fees incurred through shipping the item(s) back to our facility. These shipping fees are also non-refundable.

4) Prior to fulfilling every order, each item is inspected thoroughly and carefully, so damage is unlikely. Nonetheless, upon its return to our facility, it will be inspected and if the item(s) meet these aforementioned requirements, the store credit will be issued.

5) It is imperative to note that we reserve the right to refuse to issue store credit if it does not meet these set requirements including any signs of wear, wash, and/or smell of fragrances and smoke.

Return Processing Time:

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been approved.
